At OushakAura, every rug is handcrafted in our own production facility in India, allowing us to maintain top-quality standards, precise craftsmanship, and custom sizing to meet your needs.
Because many of our rugs are custom-made, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Rugs (Size or Color)
Custom-sized or custom-colored rugs are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically to your approved specifications.
However, if a custom rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.
Standard Rugs (Non-Custom)
Standard (non-custom) rugs may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted after the rug passes our inspection.
The rug must be returned in like-new condition, unused, unwashed, and free from damage.
Return Shipping
Returned rugs must be shipped back via FedEx or UPS.
Tracking information is required.
Rugs must be professionally wrapped and securely packed for safe transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the rug is damaged or defective.
Inspection & Approval
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
OushakAura reserves the right to deny any return if the rug is not in like-new condition.
